Grassetti Brothers provides this application for employee time and job-site work reporting. Submit accurate hours and completed-work descriptions, and contact a manager to correct mistakes. Keep website passwords private.
SMS Terms
The Grassetti Brothers Work Logs SMS program supports employees who explicitly agree to participate. Messages include phone verification, scheduled workday reminders, follow-up questions about missing details, and saved-entry confirmations.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. The default schedule includes one reminder on scheduled workdays when a completed entry has not been received, or a follow-up for an unfinished conversation. Additional replies depend on your submissions, verification, and clarification needs. Message and data rates may apply.
Joining and phone verification
A manager explains the program and records your explicit consent and mobile number before requesting verification. Reply with the verification code to confirm possession of the phone. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent. SMS participation is optional; contact the office to arrange another reporting method.
Stopping and resuming messages
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS. You will receive an opt-out confirmation. Contact the office if you want to rejoin; renewed consent, a START reply, and phone verification may be required. Opting out of texting does not delete work records already submitted.
Help and delivery
Reply HELP or email nicolas@grassettibrothers.com for assistance. Texts may be delayed or unavailable, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Review the app or contact the office when a submission has not been confirmed. Report a changed or reassigned phone number to your manager.
