Grassetti Brothers uses this time-reporting application and its SMS program to collect employee hours and job-site work records. This policy covers the application and related work-reporting texts.
Information we collect
We collect employee names and mobile numbers; SMS consent and phone-verification records; message content and delivery status; and work-entry dates, hours, job sites and descriptions. Website users may also provide notes and photos. Website account information, login/security records, and entry corrections are stored as part of operating the application.
How we use information
We use these records to identify employees, verify phone ownership, send work-reporting reminders, clarify incomplete submissions, confirm saved entries, prepare time reports and exports, and maintain a history of corrections. Access to employee records is limited through employee and manager permissions.
SMS consent and sharing
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and consent are used for this work-reporting program. We use service providers, including Twilio for SMS delivery and AWS for hosting, to process information necessary to operate the program. These operational services are distinct from marketing use.
Consent and choices
SMS participation is optional. Managers obtain and record explicit permission before sending verification or work-reporting texts. Reply STOP to stop texts. Contact the office to arrange another way to submit work records. Reply HELP or email nicolas@grassettibrothers.com for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not erase previously submitted work records.
Retention and protection
Work records, message history, consent records and backups are retained for business recordkeeping and operating the application. Managers review requests to access or correct records and any applicable record-retention needs. We use HTTPS for website connections, account permissions, and restricted server access. Standard SMS is not end-to-end encrypted; avoid sending sensitive information unrelated to work reporting.
